Utpala processes refunds within 7 business days for prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking) and UPI linked bank accounts. Cash on Delivery refunds take a bit longer and are processed through NEFT to your bank account. The total refund time may also depend on your bank's processing time.

Utpala reserves the right to cancel orders at their discretion, but you can also try to request a cancellation. If your order has not been processed yet, Utpala may grant your request and issue a refund within 5-7 working days. However, they are not obligated to cancel orders that are already being processed.
