Yes, you can return a handbag or other travel luggage item within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. However, some exceptions may apply, such as items clearly marked as non-returnable.
What if I receive a damaged leather wallet?
Utpala offers a 7-day replacement policy for wallets and travel accessories. If your wallet is damaged upon arrival, you can request a replacement within 7 days. Make sure to keep the original packaging and tags intact for a successful return.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Utpala processes refunds within 7 business days for prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking) and UPI linked bank accounts. Cash on Delivery refunds take a bit longer and are processed through NEFT to your bank account. The total refund time may also depend on your bank's processing time.
Can I cancel my order?
Utpala reserves the right to cancel orders at their discretion, but you can also try to request a cancellation. If your order has not been processed yet, Utpala may grant your request and issue a refund within 5-7 working days. However, they are not obligated to cancel orders that are already being processed.
